Senator Carl Levin’s comments on a report that claims Bin Laden could have been captured wins this week’s WEeding Award.
Levin says:
But this has been kind of well known for some time that we took our eye off the ball. Instead of moving in on him at Tora Bora the previous administration decided to move its forces to Iraq.
Did “we” do it, or did “the previous administration” do it?
Why would you identify the actions of George W. Bush as your own, Senator? I would think you would be quite averse to doing so, given that your respective parties, ideologies, goals, etc.
